Have u ever tried a deep sleep for 12 hours or even more?
I get used to go to bed at midnight and wake up and noon next day (12pm-12am, 1am-1pm, 2am-2pm) at least once a week. I always reserve Sunday as my private sleeping day. I could be very moody if something or someone wake me up before my expecting wake-up time.
Now I faced a big trouble when I decide to have courses on weekend (for 6 weeks), whole day for Saturday and Sunday. Guess what!! I cannot do that again (sleeping half day)… Now it’s 2 weeks that I don’t have long sleep, I almost turn into panda or zombie…
It’s 4 weeks left… Hope I can survive T T
